Project Self-Sufficiency Of Northern Colorado Resource Allocation Coordinator in Loveland, Colorado

Summary The Resource Allocation Coordinator is a member of the administrative team at Project Self-Sufficiency. The Resource Allocation Coordinator will inspire and motivate others with a constructive and uplifting approach. This position works closely with the Leadership Team, Program Team, and Administrative Team to ensure timely, responsive allocation of Project Self-Sufficiency client direct supports that address barriers to progress in the program.

Essential Functions and Duties Plan, organize, execute, and oversee special programs and projects efficiently and effectively which may include project management, communication plans, sending/receiving applications, securing resources and volunteers, tracking and distribution of funds Manage the Cars for Families donations process Collaborate with Program Director to implement annual Strengthen Scholarship Grant process; send/receive applications, maintain tracking, coordinate volunteer committees, and communicate with Participants an Receive and process requests from program participants for special allocations Enter and update Salesforce data associated with resource allocations Disseminate program-related information on community resources and events to appropriate staff and participants Assist Development Director in planning and implementing Donor and Volunteer Appreciation events, fundraising events and participant celebratory events Recruit, train, and coordinate and supervise volunteer committee members in support of cars and scholarship allocations Develop and implement surveys for various evaluation needs Other duties as assigned Core Competencies Project Management Positive Influencing Resourcefulness

Knowledge and Skills Support and belief in Project Self-Sufficiency's Mission, Vision, Values and culture Skills in relationship building; enthusiastic and comfortable in interfacing with participants, committee members, vendors, donors, and community organizations Outstanding verbal and written communication, including editing and proofreading outward facing materials Organized and detail-oriented Highly skilled at coordinating multiple services and projects simultaneously Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration Self-Motivated Critical thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting skills Proficiency with computer software: Microsoft Office suite required; Adobe Acrobat Pro desired Proficiency in data entry skills required; experience with Salesforce platform preferred English and Spanish bi-lingual preferred

Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalency is required Degree or Certificate in Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred 2+ years professional experience coordinating programs or combination of education/experience required Background in working with underserved populations preferred

Physical requirements/ Working Conditions Considerable time is spent at a desk using a computer Ability to have access to reliable transportation for local travel to various locations Ability to lift 50 lbs.
