The General Foreman, under supervision of the Superintendent and/or Project Manager, is responsible for managing daily construction activities of each assigned project to ensure project completion in a safe, profitable, quality manner. This position supervises foremen and crews of up to 25 people. Responsibilities will vary by project size and magnitude. This is a project-based position. Travel is required to states including but not limited to CO, AZ, NM, UT, ID, CA, SD, and NE. Preference given to Bilingual candidates able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently. Required Skills

Directly supervises a crew of LPR Construction foremen and craft hands. The crew size varies by the type and size of the job, and the magnitude of work to be done. Coordinates with LPR Project Management, General Contractor, and/or Fabricator to complete work per contract. Participates in craft performance reviews and gives direct one-on-one feedback and coaching to team members about their skills and performance. Sets clear performance goals and expectations. Reports quantities used in her/his area of responsibility as assigned by Superintendent/Project Manager. Responsible for the safety of LPR personnel assigned to him/her. Partners with the Safety Team to identify and resolve any risks that are inherent in the construction of the project striving for proactive and intentional leadership in a zero injury safety culture. Motivates the crew to maintain productivity levels, leading by example in a positive manner. Performs other duties as assigned by the PM. Required Experience

7-10+ years of experience in craft supervision. Bilingual Preferred - Able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently. OSHA 30 Certification preferred. NCCER certification for craft preferred.

Salary Range $38.00 - $48.00
