We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

What do we need from you to be successful in this role? High school diploma or equivalent Customer service is our top priority, consistently being awarded JD Powers Customer service awards. Being on our team means you have a strong desire to make an impact on other people This role interacts with guests and team members all day, they must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate with an outgoing and engaging personality. The hotel operates off a Property Management System and the front desk agents work in that system all day long, someone with the ability to pick up computer skills easily is necessary The front desk role is at the center of attention to all hotel guests and requires someone to be able to stand for the duration of the shift Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our teams must be flexible with respect to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
