Location: LoveLady, Texas and surrounding areas
2nd shift (16$)
Shift Scheduled time: 3pm-11pm
Responsible for making sure the cable is to correct measurements and help guide it onto a spool using their hands and poles if necessary (will be trained on process).
Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain a clean work area.
Look out for and report safety concerns.
Understand and master the computerized systems associated with the
extrusion, control, and printing technologies used in our facility.
Responsible for measuring product to ensure that pipe products are made in conformance with required specifications. The appearance of our product must meet or exceed the requirements of the market.
Able to read micrometer, Caliper and OD tape.
Is needed to proceed with this position:
High school diploma or equivalent.
HDPE Extrusion experience preferred, but not required.
Minimum educational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations.
Attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization.
Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner.
Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work.

Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferred.
