Location: LoveLady, Texas and surrounding areas

2nd shift (16$)

Shift Scheduled time: 3pm-11pm

Responsible for making sure the cable is to correct measurements and help guide it onto a spool using their hands and poles if necessary (will be trained on process).

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a clean work area.

  • Look out for and report safety concerns.

  • Understand and master the computerized systems associated with the

  • extrusion, control, and printing technologies used in our facility.

  • Responsible for measuring product to ensure that pipe products are made in conformance with required specifications. The appearance of our product must meet or exceed the requirements of the market.

  • Able to read micrometer, Caliper and OD tape.

Is needed to proceed with this position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • HDPE Extrusion experience preferred, but not required.

  • Minimum educational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization.

  • Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner.

  • Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work.

  • Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

  • Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferred.
