Job Description

Review production schedule and initiate startup, monitor, and shutdown each phase of batch operation.

 Conduct routine field inspections of the tanks, pump meters, valves, lines, and motors to ensure all systems are in working order.

 Monitor production processes, troubleshoot abnormal conditions, and adjust maintain desired operating conditions.

Skills and Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent is required + the ability to use a calculator, personal computer, forklift, and hand tools.

 2 Years of Manufacturing/Warehouse Experience

 Previous work with pumps, valves, lines A mechanical TOUCH

 Must be able to handle heights, work on any shift, work overtime on short notice, and work in a continuously hot environment. Job involves continuous standing, walking, reaching, and intermittent crouching/stooping, pushing/pulling, bending, and lifting/lowering.

 Frequent lifting of over 50 pounds without assistance, or up to 100 pounds with assistance is required.

 Duties are performed with some exposure to noise, lubricants, and chemicals, and may require working in areas that are confined, dusty, dirty, or require personal protective equipment. null
