Res-Care, Inc. (DBA BrightSpring Health) seeks a Manager, Data Engineering in Louisville, Kentucky. The Manager, Data Engineering will provide leadership to the Engineering team by guiding the projects and people involved. The Manager, Data Engineering will also be responsible for mentoring our less-experienced engineers and holding all engineers to the team’s standards. Specific duties include: Provide strategic and tactical leadership and work in collaboration with the senior Information Technology management team to deliver an integrated information technology vision for business data management and reporting; Manage and support all aspects of the maintenance, development, enhancement, interfacing, and expansion of the company’s data system; Manage and direct data extraction, transformation, and load efforts to support critical business strategies and data analysis.This position requires a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical/electronics engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent; 4 years of professional experience in a business intelligence and/or data warehousing environment; and 3 years of responsible experience in applications analysis, design, and implementations involving multiple computer subsystems, including project leader responsibilities.
