Parallon Revenue Cycle Services Manager, Application Development in Louisville, Kentucky

Oversee application design and development activities. Will manage the day-to-day activities of the application development group. Will identify opportunities for greater efficiencies through process improvement, systems integration, and guide the implementation of solutions. Will design, construct, implement, and monitor web pages, including ensuring user access and maintaining and providing ongoing design and content modifications. Will conduct Code Reviews and build CI/CD pipelines. Will work with healthcare interoperability standard FHIR. Will work with patient tools Meditech and Waterpark. New applications will be developed in a .Net Stack environment. Will also provide customization and modification of existing applications. Will oversee three to six projects at any one time and five to ten direct reports and 8-10 contractors. Will utilize .Net, C#, React, Web API, JQuery, Entity, nHibernate, Azure Cloud, and RPA. Applications developed must conform to HL7 standards. May work from home anywhere in the continental United States. Must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering and 8 years of overall progressive IT experience working in a .Net environment which includes 2 years of experience with C#, React, Web API, JQuery, Entity, nHibernate, code review, CI/CD pipelines, FHIR, Meditech Waterpark.
