Malone Solution is looking for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Maintenance Technicians Louisville KentuckyPay : $22.15 -25/hr. (based on experience)Work Schedule :1st shift- Monday to Friday 7am-4:30pm2nd Shift - Monday to Friday 2pm - 10:30pm3rd Shift - Sunday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pmEssential Job Functions :-Install, repair and maintain all equipment and facilities.-Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary corrections and runadjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.-Examine and test equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime.-Record operational data, such as pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds and speeds for use in set-up and preventivemaintenance records.-Review product system efficiency and quality system efficiency workshops to support continuous improvement; propose and implement continuous productivity, process and quality improvement actions for all facilities.-Facilitate equipment moves on shop floor.Qualifications :-3 years’ experience with Maintenance/engineering (preferred)-1 to 3 years’ experience with the automotive industry- Must be able to and willing to travel to customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants.- Must be able to climb, lift, and work in confined spaces-Must be able to read and understand hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic prints-Must be able to trouble shoot electrical issues (24v dc, 120v, 240v, and 3 phase electronic units)Malone is an Equal Opportunity Employer
