Candidate for this position will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of incidents with guests who may have had less than a Legendary experience. As an extension of our restaurants, excellent customer care and concern skills are invaluable.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze initial claim reports from stores to determine level of investigation needed

  • Take recorded statements from employees, guests, witnesses, and management

  • Gather pertinent records including video, photographs, weather details, and vendor records

  • Document all activity in a Risk Management Information System

  • Evaluate liability based on investigation and set proper reserves accordingly, issue payments based on liability, or issue denial to guest or attorney

  • Provide feedback on loss control to operations, training, and facility maintenance team

  • Follow Claim Handling Best Practices Guidelines

  • May come in contact with company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets

  • High School diploma, some secondary education preferred. Experience may be substituted for education.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in premises liability claims handling, or customer relations and operations support

  • Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Workday and RMIS systems a plus
