The individual in this role is responsible for bringing a future-focused mindset to the design and ongoing management of all aspects of IT business applications which support the HR function including HCM, LMS, ATS, payroll, etc.

Leading with Purpose:

  • Innovate & Optimize: Lead the prioritization, analysis, evaluation, and development of software applications for our global HR organization.

  • Bridge the Gap: Build strong partnerships between HR and IT to align on a shared strategic vision, ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery.

  • Tech Savvy: Bring fresh ideas and cutting-edge technologies to the table to drive impactful changes across HR and IT.

  • Project Management: Guide projects from concept to completion, implementing new functionalities and improving business processes with integrated system technologies.

Showcase Your Craft:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, with 8+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred Education: MBA or Master’s degree in related fields.

  • Strong organization skills with ability to manage priorities in a agile environment

  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with SAP, Workday, Google, Salesforce, and other industry-leading technologies.

  • Demonstrated interest and willingness to engage with the organization at all levels – giving of expertise, sharing frameworks for success, and opportunities to work with and through issues, plans and projects
