Overview:

Within the Schneider Electric Sustainability Business is the Digitization and Automation Team. This team collaborates with various departments in the Sustainability Business to integrate technology into standardized processes, transforming them into digital solutions. Primarily focusing on internal systems, we facilitate the adoption and optimization of technology, aiming to digitize and streamline existing techniques and processes. We prioritize leveraging configurable applications and Schneider-approved tools, occasionally exploring third-party solutions to address specific business needs.

We are seeking a skilled Business Project Coordinator to join our Global Digitization and Automation team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication, organization, and coordination of key business initiatives and tactical projects. Your focus will be on delivering project updates to stakeholders and the overall business community. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage program activities, and contribute to the success of our evolving project pipeline. Responsibilities:

As a Business Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Program Management Support:
Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and progress to stakeholders.
Ensure transparency by providing timely updates to the business community.
Assist in organizing and managing program activities related to digitization, automation and technology
Maintain relationships with key contacts to ensure seamless project execution.

Building Project Strategy and Feedback
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and pain points.
Collect insights and feedback from various sources (users, stakeholders, team members).
Analyze suggestions for improvement across a wide range of projects and existing solutions.
Ask probing questions to understand the underlying needs and objectives.
Support Identify the right project strategy based on available technologies and resources.

Communication and Change Management:
Create visually engaging materials (presentations, reports) for all levels of the business.
Facilitate successful change management during project implementation.
Support training of end-users on new features and functionalities developed.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in communicating complex projects and services.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in visual communication tools (e.g., PowerPoint, data visualization tools).
Familiarity with project management software.

Analytical Mindset:
Ability to dissect requests, understand root causes, and propose effective solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Change Management Expertise:
Experience in managing change during project implementation.
Ability to engage leadership and individual contributors alike.
