Description

Position Objective:

This role is responsible for successfully executing the annual goals and objectives of the Sales & Marketing plan in the assigned product range, for the Environmental Products Aftermarket business.


Key Accountabilities:

Strategic

  • Serves as regional contact for EP aftermarket inquiries from existing or potential customers and provides quotations and sales support as necessary.
  • Execute annual goals and objectives of the Sales & Marketing plan for EP business unit, within assigned region.
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers through telephone, email, and video conferencing.

Sales Rep Interaction

  • Communicates regularly with the external regional sales managers, to ensure team success.
  • Provide dealers with pricing strategies and competitive information to ensure sales success.
  • Support reps training on AAF aftermarket products, sales processes and any supporting tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

Position Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in aftermarket sales, preferably in air filtration.
  3. Strong understanding of aftermarket products, including their features, applications, and benefits.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  5. Proactive attitude with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Solid negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions for both the company and the customer.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
