City Of Louisville Open Space Public Land Manager in Louisville, Colorado

The City of Louisville is searching for an Open Space Manager to join our team. This position works in collaboration and under the direction of the Open Space Superintendent. The Open Space Manager advances City and department priorities by developing process improvements, strategies, and new initiatives for the Open Space Division. Responsible for supervising 3 full time Open Space employees to meet division objectives.

This role collaborates with career oriented and professional Open Space Supervisors to coordinate, support, review, and improve process and efficiency measures for Open Space Division work groups, including but not limited to natural resource management, trail and amenity maintenance, municipal code enforcement, project management, volunteer coordination, education, and community outreach programming. This position will be responsible for following City Fiscal and Human Resource Policies related to Open Space work and personnel.

Position generally works 80% in the office and 20% in the field.

Hiring Range with full time benefits: $78,000 to $91,582
