Description

Our Century City client is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This position is onsite that requires local travel. This role is within the Human Resources department and focuses on managing the full life cycle of recruitment, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including analyzing hiring needs, developing job postings, selecting appropriate recruiting methods, and implementing staffing strategies.

• Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with department managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

• Implement efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the available role, industry standards, and organizational needs.

• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes, ensuring visibility of roles to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

• Screen applications and select qualified candidates for further consideration.

• Schedule and attend interviews, preparing questions and other materials for the interview process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and other human resource staff during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

• Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions to attract potential candidates.

• Utilize HRMS and ATS for efficient recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.

Skills:

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Ceridian HRMS

• Knowledge of About Time, Benefit Functions, and Compensation Administration

• Strong understanding of HR Compliance and Employee Relations.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Assistant or similar role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within a HR setting

• Proven experience in Compensation Administration

• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations and procedures in HR

• Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
