UCLA Health Student Assistant III - Semel Institute in Los Angeles, California

Description

The Semel Institute is a seeking a part time Student Assistant III to assistance with:

  • Organization of office and laboratory supplies and equipment.

  • Disposal of non-hazardous items.

  • Corresponding and coordinating with the office of Environment, Health, & Safety, UCLA Facilities, and companies outside of UCLA to maintain equipment and to remove items no longer needed.

This position will require in-person duties only and must be a current UCLA Student.

Pay $17.00 - $37.50 hourly.Qualifications

  • Must be a current UCLA Student.

  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Calendar, Internet, Mac OS, Zoom.

  • Proficient writing and editing skills.

  • Highly organized and reliable.

  • Ability to prioritize work; communication skills to speak clearly and distinctly.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment; maintain positive working relationships with staff and faculty; ability to work independently with instruction.

  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

  • Communicate clearly in e-mail.
