Strategy & Transformation Analyst

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Strategy & Transformation Analyst is responsible for working closely with business, technology, and risk partners to develop and deliver transformation initiatives. The Analyst will need to engage in a combination of self-directed learning and guided discovery to gain in-depth understanding of commercial banking strategy, product offerings, and end-to-end servicing and ops processes. On any given project the Analyst is expected to take ownership of project deliverables (like business requirements documents, data analyses, process maps, or executive briefing decks) and work closely with project leaders to support the rapid development of strategy proposals and well-managed delivery of transformation projects.

Banking and Investment Services Division

Banking and Investment Services plays an integral role in leading the strategic vision and execution of all banking operations. Our servicing and operations professionals partner closely with all our lines of business to carry out critical functions, including client/deposit servicing, contact center operations, payments processing, and trade and lending operations, while identifying and mitigating risk throughout the organization. Servicing and operations professionals seek to transform and define an integrated support model through automation and cutting-edge digital technologies, to deliver an excellent experience for our clients and businesses.

What you will do

  • Partner with process owners to develop business cases targeting improvements in risk management, efficiency, technology and Client and/or Colleague Experience.

  • Create requirements documents, process maps, and high-level solution designs.

  • Work with banking leaders in developing strategies to better individual departments.

  • Create executive-ready presentation materials.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to product teams delivering product enhancements.

  • Deliver projects in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Must-Have*

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience in either a consulting role or within a Commercial Lending Process, whether that is as a credit analyst, portfolio manager or within Operations or Loan Administration

Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience in Financial Services or Banking industries

  • Familiarity with regulatory Policy, Procedure, and Control frameworks preferred

  • Experience with delivering large strategic initiatives or participation in one preferred

  • Experience with Visio

  • Broad knowledge of project management

  • High comfort level with PowerPoint and Excel

  • Learning and growth mindset

  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for teaching

Compensation

Starting base salary: $78,970 - $126,140 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
