UCLA Department of Family Medicine - Sports Medicine

As a UCLA Health Family Medicine doctor in the UCLA Department of Family Medicine, you will serve patients of all ages, providing comprehensive care for all sorts of conditions in the ambulatory UCLA Health setting, Family Health Center in Santa Monica. Focus your team-based practice on the 'whole patient' and provide on-going care over long periods of time forming lasting continuity and relationships. Practice and be part of our dynamic academic Department of Family Medicine that also houses a family medicine residency program, and sports medicine and addiction medicine fellowship programs.

You will perform annual physicals, administer immunizations, routine screenings and focus on administering care over a long period of time often from infancy to adulthood. You will provide preventive care, wellness plans and manage chronic and complex conditions. Perform early screenings for signs of potentially serious conditions, such as cancer or heart disease. You will provide annual wellness screenings for senior patients.

The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The full salary range for this position is 180000.00-250000.00 Annual

Qualifications

● California medical license.

● CAQ in Sports Medicine or is CAQ eligible.

● M.D. or D.O. degree and Prior Experience

● Commitment to providing care to diverse populations

As a condition of employment, you will be required to comply with the University of California SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Vaccination Program Policy.
