STS CONSTRUCTION Residential and TI Construction Supervisor in Los Angeles, California

This is a bags-on/working supervisory position for residential remodel and T.I. projects

We specialize in remodel/repairs/new construction for residential and commercial properties. We are committed to craftsmanship and having a team/family-oriented environment!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of a construction project on site

  • Manage the project schedule

  • Allocate resources for assigned projects

  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

    Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of previous experience in construction

  • Experience as a bags on supervisor

  • Experience reviewing subcontractor scopes

  • Experience running TI's is a plus

  • Experience building ADU's is a plus

    Job Site Locations: Los Angeles, CA

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 

  • Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project

  • End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
