Description

As our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with senior leaders to drive the development and deployment of a comprehensive, business-aligned, and outcomes-based talent plan. In support of our UCLA Health Ambulatory Clinics, you will use advanced professional HR concepts to provide guidance to all levels within the organization, utilizing specialized human resources expertise within area of responsibility to resolve highly complex issues.

Salary Range: $86,900 to $197,300 AnnuallyQualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Broad technical HR knowledge from employment law to talent management, training, and change management,

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, leveraging data available to understand challenges and drive initiatives

  • Ability to build business partnerships throughout the organization by demonstrating an understanding of business fundamentals and decision-making processes

  • Demonstrated ability to function in a dynamic environment subject to changes in priorities, ambiguity, and limited direction

  • Ability to embrace change and demonstrated success in championing and leading change

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills

  • High level of ethics, integrity, discretion and confidentiality
