Help Desk Analyst II/III
Salary: $70,0000 - $80,000 + overtime pay
Location: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days remote per week)
Employment Type: Full Time non-exempt
Bonus Eligible: Yes – discretionary. Paid annually.

The Help Desk Analyst II/III will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting and resolving computer issues including hardware, software applications, basic networking, printers, etc. Excellent customer service experience required.
· 3+ years IT Help Desk Experience
· White Glove Support
· Excellent verbal and written communication. Attention to detail. Motivation for stability and growth.
· Technical Skills: Microsoft Office 365, Mobile Device Support, Security mindset (tools like RSA, Duo, AppGate)
College Degree is a plus but not required
Microsoft Certified Professional certification (or higher) is a plus but not required
