Description

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on customer engagement, you will build world class marketing strategies to support our mission to build the most loved video service in the world. Prime Video is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to help drive subscriber engagement resulting in retention for Prime Video Channels, the service that lets Prime members add subscriptions like Paramount+, STARZ, Max and more, all with no cable subscription necessary.

This position will be responsible for managing successful customer-centric campaigns and strategies that drive key customer actions like engagement frequency and depth of streaming; across our growing selection of channels.

The successful candidate has customer lifecycle marketing experience and has demonstrated success working cross-functionally across internal and external teams. This candidate has a track record of delivering results through programs that reach millions of customers at scale with an aptitude for data analysis. Being able to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and prioritizing work is essential, as is a mind for innovation and learning through testing. This role provides an opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate. The ideal candidate must be able to identify insights and make recommendations backed by data and is passionate about entertainment.

Key job responsibilities

  • Ideate and create new marketing strategies from scratch by partnering with cross-functional teams, based on a deep understanding of the needs of our customers.

  • Identify, develop, and optimize organization processes, customer journeys, inefficiencies, etc; and create mechanisms to drive alignment and adoption within the organization.

  • Articulate business opportunities, marketing objectives, roadmaps and launch strategies into narrative document format.

A day in the life

*Execute strategic/tactical marketing programs, like go-to-market plans, reviews and business analysis.

  • Collaborate with central marketing product teams and services to deliver on business-impacting metrics and/or goals.

  • Partnering with creative teams to develop campaigns that drive awareness and engagement of our content.

  • Measure campaign success, have an experimentation mindset and use data to optimize performance.

  • Summarize and share learnings regularly with partner teams and key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
