As the CLS Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations for our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include managing employees, optimizing workflows, ensuring quality assurance, and contributing to incident management. Qualifications

  • Current, valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist (CHS) license* Bachelor's degree* At least 3 years of laboratory training or experience in human immunogenetics.* Strong leadership skills with prior experience in supervising, highly preferred.
