The Team

The Content & Business Products organization builds and buys technology that helps plan, produce, and promote our content on and off the service. The Product leaders in our organization work across many different business functions and stakeholder groups to innovate across what we call the “pitch-to-play ecosystem”.

In this demanding role, you’ll be part of the administrative support team on the Content & Business Products Programs & Operations team supporting a domain led by a Product Manager. The CBP domain Administrative Assistant will demonstrate the ability to execute effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and organized with an unwavering attention to detail, and can exercise good judgment while multi-tasking. You will have the opportunity to have a meaningful impact across many different functions, grow your skills, and have fun in this challenging and exciting environment. This position will be based in either Los Gatos or Los Angeles, or hybrid remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactive management of calendars for the leaders and their teams, including scheduling internal and external meetings

  • Manage and coordinate logistics for team offsites and events

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and process expense reports

  • Strong cross-functional partnership and communication with operations and administrative partners

  • Efficiently execute tasks while proactively solving problems

  • Ability to be discrete and use good judgment when handling sensitive information

  • An inquisitive approach towards the business context, coupled with the ability to draw beneficial connections for the team

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience managing multiple executive calendars

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred: Gmail, GCalendar, Google Docs, Google Groups, MS Word/Excel

  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Responsive and able to work flexibly across multiple time zones

  • Able to stay calm under pressure and work on short deadlines

  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects, and switch easily between tasks

  • Independent worker, with strong judgment and the ability to make decisions quickly

  • Discreet with the ability to maintain confidential information

  • Experience or knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $240,000.
