Our partner in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a QC Technician! They are seeking a QC Technician to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Come be a part of a team with a collaborative environment, and entrepreneurial environment.

Schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available + OT as needed

Pay: $18/hr - $20/hr

6 month contract-to-hire, with opportunity to extend or convert!

Responsibilities:

-Manage and conduct audits in a GMP environment

-Monitoring, and programming critical control points (CCP), throughout the manufacturing process

-Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment

-Ensure proper guidelines for products during processing -Collect lab samples and environmental swabs

-Perform raw materials, in-line, and finished product inspections and record data

Requirements:

-Bachelor's in science or Highschool diploma

-1-4 years experience in food manufacturing in quality preferred
