Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and Federal Contracting leader is looking for Program Analyst to join our team supporting our government client in Lorton, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to a section/unit tracking financial data, monitoring budget expenditures, completing analysis and evaluation of information.

  • Analyze programs, procedures and systems and provide recommendations

  • Regular use of financial management tools and data analysis tools (Unified Financial Management System, Financial Information & Reporting System, etc.)

  • Assist Assistant Special Agent in Charge and Unit Chiefs with the development of budgets and schedules

  • Conduct research and identify trends to generate reports and ad-hoc queries

  • Perform accounting work which involves the analysis and resolution of conventional accounting problems and issues.

  • Review contracts/task orders/modifications for accuracy.

  • Maintain employee training records in agency's learning management system database

  • Audits and verifies commitment, obligation and expenditure information.

  • Advises operating officials and management staff on specific accounting issues.

  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and OPM requirements.

  • Manage projects and schedules in a consistent and repeatable manner

  • Provide general administrative/clerical support, and operation of office and communications equipment.

  • Duties may include internet research, typing requisitions and providing general support to government staff. Will work from various standardized source documents.

Requirements:

  • US Citizen

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an agency clearance

  • Associate’s degree in business or a related discipline and at least 3 years of related experience is preferred. An additional 3 years of work-related experience may be substituted for a degree.

  • Develop and monitor business or public policies and procedures, including analysis of current procedures and policies to determine continued applicability.

  • Knowledge of budgeting procedures.

  • Proficiency in use of desktop computers and associated software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to prioritize work

  • Excellent organizational skills
