Schedule: Monday- Thursday 7:00 am- 4:00 pm Fridays, 7:00am - 1:00pm

Term: Temp to hire

What’s a typical day as a Harness Assembly Technician? You’ll be:

• Reading diagrams, assembly drawings, and accurately building products to specification

• Building products according to customer specifications and manufacturing process specifications

• Ensuring products meet quality requirements

• Using a variety of hand tools, gauges, heat guns, and equipment such as hot tweezers, soldering irons, wire trimmers, etc.

• Prepping and processing wires for harness assemblies, including wire routing, heat shrinking, stripping, crimping, plug connectors, and potting

• Assisting with processes, workflow, and build procedures

• Maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to industry regulations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have electronic and mechanical aptitude

• Are able to bend, stoop, reach, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

• Can read and understand wire diagrams and technical drawings

• Are able to accurately use measuring tools and perform basic mathematical functions

• Have keen attention to detail and quality

• Can lift up to 30 pounds
