This position facilitates the coordination and integration of internal and external outreach and enrollment efforts, and works closely with faculty, staff, students and community partners to develop, implement and assess community outreach activities and campaigns. The Director leads campus efforts to build relationships with and engage K-12 partners, historically underserved students and communities, and adult learners. Reporting to the Vice President of Student Services, the Director is responsible for maintaining high quality customer service and coordination through collaborative efforts across the division and the campus while building a welcoming and inclusive campus community for LCC's diverse student population. 

*About the team! *The Director of Outreach Services is an active participant of LCC's Student Services Leadership Team, focused on collaboration and coordination of holistic student support across a student's educational journey. Serving as a liaison from the Outreach department, the Director must build and maintain highly collaborative relationships across campus with Advising, Effectiveness and College Relations, Faculty,  Financial Aid, One-Stop, Registration, Testing, and other campus services to ensure excellent service and support to students. The director also supervises a team composed of classified, exempt, and student workers.  *DEI at LCC! *The Director provides culturally competent leadership to improve access and successful educational outcomes from diverse student populations, especially underrepresented and underserved student populations, and uses an equity framework for assessment, evaluation, recommendations and processes. The Director also plays a key role in the college's Guided Pathways efforts. The Director of Outreach Services is 40 hours per week. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some flexibility for evening hours and weekends is needed for outreach activities. This position is primarily on campus but there may be some opportunity for remote work depending on department need. This position is exempt and ineligible for overtime under FLSA and reports to the Vice President of Student Services.
