PACIFIC NORTHERN ENVIRONMENTAL LLC Department Manager – Controls and Panel Shop in LONGVIEW, Washington
[Job Description: Maintain UL508 documentation for shop, panel designs and panel fabrications. Manage material procurement, including price negotiation, vendor relationship and procurement process. Address technical issues from production or resolve issues with engineering / project manager. Trouble shoot control panel or systems issues offsite. Develop quotes and proposals for clients, strategic planning, sales management, and prospect for new clients to help grow the organization. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses. - Requires High School diploma/GED or (foreign equivalent)
- 10 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, Electrician, or any similar position in the Industrial Automation industry, of which 3 years must be in a managerial position in a UL508A Panel shop.
- Must have the UL508A MTR Certificate.
- Must have 5 years of experience with ePLAN software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of PLC's, VFD's and control system design.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds, remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, and ascend/descend ladders and stairs.
- Physical requirements can be self-certified by the applicant.
- Requires tr avel to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. for approximately 3 days per month (10%).
