Job/Position DescriptionLegal CPS Regional Attny IIIThe Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) isresponsible for protecting the unprotected: children, elderly, and people withdisabilities, from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. DFPS is a qualifyingorganization for the Service Loan Forgiveness Program. The position provides expertise, guidance and instructionin family law, civil litigation, and agency policy.
