What you'll do:

  • Will be measuring and cutting the rubber to line the interior of tank cars.

  • Ability to apply rubber linings to the inside of the tank car (including stitching and rolling).

  • Employees at this level require some supervision.

  • Observes all standard safety practices.

  • Maintain and complete all required records.

What youll need:

  • Ability to use a utility knife and other hand tools as needed to cut rubber lining.

  • Ability to operate small hand tools and accurately read a tape measure.

  • Knowledge of proper preparation of tank cars for lining.
