L'ingénierie de Maintenance, Réparation et Révision (MRO) recherche actuellement des ingénieurs pour stimuler la croissance du marché secondaire.

Ce rôle offre l'opportunité d'évaluer en temps réel les dommages sur les pièces, d'améliorer les connaissances techniques pour trouver des solutions garantissant que les moteurs maintiennent des niveaux de performance optimaux, conformément aux normes de certification des moteurs. Vous serez confronté à des défis à travers plusieurs programmes de moteurs, évaluant les moteurs à divers stades de leur vie, et collaborant avec diverses organisations d'ingénierie.

RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Analyser les problèmes techniques lors de l'assemblage, du désassemblage et des tests des moteurs pour trouver les causes profondes et suggérer des solutions.

  • Évaluer les écarts moteurs et les exigences spéciales en matière de portée du travail, en fournissant les approbations nécessaires.

  • Examiner et valider les instructions du manuel de révision.

  • Fournir un soutien technique aux ateliers propriétaires et au réseau DOF/TSA.

  • Offrir occasionnellement un accompagnement et une formation sur site au personnel de l'atelier de révision.

  • Effectuer des audits de produit dans le réseau DOF/TSA pour garantir la conformité.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bilingue anglais et français

  • +3 ans d'expérience de travail avec des moteurs d'aéronefs.

  • Diplôme en génie mécanique, en génie aérospatial ou dans une concentration connexe.

  • Un dossier éprouvé de maintenance et de réparation réussies d'aéronefs, garantissant la sécurité et la fiabilité du transport aérien.

Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) engineering is currently seeking engineers to drive the growth of the aftermarket.

This role presents an opportunity to assess real-time damage on parts, enhancing technical knowledge to find solutions ensuring engines maintain optimal performance levels in compliance with engine certification standards. You'll face challenges across multiple engine programs, evaluating engines at various life stages, and collaborating with diverse engineering organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzing technical issues during engine assembly, disassembly, and testing to find root causes and suggest solutions.

  • Evaluating engine deviations and special work scope requirements, providing necessary approvals.

  • Reviewing and validating overhaul manual instructions.

  • Providing technical support to owned shops and DOF/TSA network.

  • Occasionally offering on-site guidance and training to overhaul shop personnel.

  • Conducting product audits in DOF/TSA network to ensure compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual English and French

  • +3 years of experience working with Aircraft engines.

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or a related concentration.

  • Proven track record of successful maintenance and repair of aircrafts, ensuring the safety and reliability of air transportation.
