UnitedHealth Group Rheumatologist in Longmont, Colorado
Colorado Center for Arthritis and Osteoporosis (CCAO) is hiring a Rheumatologist. Locations: Longmont, Broomfield, Wheat Ridge, Boulder, Northglenn and Denver

Primary Responsibilities:
Schedule: 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week), outpatient only
6 office sites throughout Denver with infusion suites at each location
Practice evidence-based medicine, thoughtful use of diagnostic tools, consideration of medical expense containment
Perform initial consults, follow up appointments, diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and autoimmune diseases
Duties include ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, performing physical examinations and imaging scans, prescription and infusion management, and providing counseling and education to patients
Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, such as primary care, specialists, sub-specialists and nurses, to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care

Required Qualifications:
Unrestricted Colorado Physician (MD/DO) License
BC Rheumatology
Current Colorado DEA certificate prior to start date
Experience: Open to new graduates out of fellowship
EMR proficient
Demonstrated excellent time management skills
Skillfully interact with staff, patients, and colleagues in a courteous and respectful manner
Preferred Qualification:

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $230,000 to $250,000. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
