JOB DUTIES: Responsible for managing, controlling, and analyzing financial development for the business unit (BU) and assessing financial risks. Duties: ensure compliance with policies, process, and procedures in financial development and accuracy of financial information in P&L and Balance Sheet; development of global controlling organization; drive ethics compliance; analysis and follow-up on sales, costs, and profitability; keep BU leader and divisional controller updated in case of deviations to budget/forecast; ensure deviations are analyzed and corrective action put in place; perform CM / EBIT margin deep dives; support financial training in selected areas (profitable growth, cost accounting, financial awareness); present financial results and KPI's to management; attract, develop, appraise, and motivate managers and key personnel; support VP operations/supply chain team on corrective action plans to meet inventory targets; lead yearly update of strategic financial planning and present it in review meetings with management; participate in financial due diligence and integration in case of M&A's; support global plant controlling team and ensure communication and guidance to team; ensure performance management review, people review, and talent planning; communicate risks and opportunities to leadership and divisional controller; implement and monitor financial standards and rules in compliance with corporate policies; prepare annual budget and periodic forecast (review, assess, and model business initiatives); cooperate with teams

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics. 5 years experience as Finance Business Partner or Corporate Finance Leader.
