Job Title: Public Safety Monitoring Automation EngineerLocation: RemotePayrate: $100-$117.00Schedule: Normal business hours Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week, with additional hours outside of regular business hours as needed (excluding mandatory unpaid meal breaks after 6 hours of work). The scheduled shift is 9am5pm, totaling 1820 hours.Job Details:Manage the deployment and configuration of the TrueSight suite of products in a dynamic environment.Coordinate and support Public Safety Critical Server Patching for MGMT Servers, Vesta, and NICE.Facilitate critical call take position patching with BCM (Blade Logic Desktop Patching) while minimizing disruption to call takers.Provide support for the Public Safety 911 enterprise monitoring environment utilizing tools such as BladeLogic Server Automation (BSA), ADDM, and others. Diagnose and resolve incidents, implementing appropriate corrective actions for known errors.MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:Minimum 12 years of experience in technical discovery, design, and deployment within Discovery and Automation systems.Extensive technical expertise in system implementation and integration within an enterprise IT production environment.Proficiency in coordinating and patching critical call taker positions, supporting Public Safety 911 enterprise monitoring, diagnosing and resolving incidents, and implementing corrective actions.Ability to oversee the administration, maintenance, and configuration of TrueSight and discovery environments, including deployment and configuration of TrueSight suite of products and BMC discovery for PSAC infrastructure.Minimum 5 years of experience with strong technical knowledge of web application coding and proficiency in TPL Scripting, Windows Batch/VBS/Powershell, NSH, or Unix shell scripting.DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:Proven experience with PERL and UNIX Shell Scripting.Knowledge of PXE/OSD and TPL scripting.Proficiency in Windows Batch/VBS/Powershell and NSH, Bash, Python scripting.Familiarity with BMC Client Management (FootPrints), Windows Patch Management, and Windows/UNIX Software Distribution and Automation.Experience in Windows/UNIX Configuration Management/Compliancy, Windows 10/11 Proficiency, and Windows 2016, 2019, 2022.
