Position Summary

The candidate will work to promote, educate, and sign up the taxi and black car drivers interested in joining Client.



What You Will Be Doing:

  • On-sight driver education will be your main focus
  • In this role, you will own the on-sight driver sign-up process and play a key role in successfully getting drivers down the funnel through to active drivers
  • Generating daily reports on activity, driver feedback, and location scouting.
  • Daily liaison between drivers and managers.
  • Assess sign-up performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
  • Understand the entire end-to-end process, introducing tooling and implementing processes that remove points of friction and streamline the supply acquisition process

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, a plus if bi-lingual Spanish
  • Able to work M-F, can be flexible to work weekends
  • Can communicate with our team and drivers well
  • Organized and methodical
  • Previous sales or promotional experience is a bonus
