Welcome to the exciting world of MAT Holdings, Inc.  We are an entrepreneurial manufacturer and distributor leveraging a vast network of global and domestic resources to deliver quality and value to our customers. 

You will find our products in home improvement centers, big box retailers, hardware stores and automotive parts chains.  They can also be found in the automobiles you drive, the trailers you pull and the heavy duty equipment that operates all around you.

On-site

Design print and digital marketing materials to support creative in-store and online sales efforts. Includes product packaging, sales collateral, retail and tradeshow signage, in-studio and on-location photography, online digital support assets, design renderings, decals, manuals, and more. Must be able to execute brand standards across multiple formats and be current on the latest design trends. 

Principle Responsibilities

  • Independently design and create marketing materials required to support brand strategies, product placement and sell through

  • Collaborate with internal customers regarding project objectives

  • Assist in building and setting of brand standards

  • Work with vendors to ensure cost effective and timely completion of projects

  • Conduct market trend and competitive analysis to support marketing solutions

  • Copywriting that clearly and succinctly communicates messaging to consumers

  • Proofing to ensure quality and accuracy of work

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university with a focus on graphic design

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud specializing in following programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dimension; Knowledge in Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and Dreamweaver are a plus

  • Experience using professional camera equipment in-studio and on-location

  • Proficient photography skills and experience; Video skills are a plus

  • Background creating digital marketing assets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as problem solving skills

  • Ability to create interesting shot selections and properly light a scene

  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities and skilled at adjust priorities if necessary

  • Mac platform experience

  • Travel may be necessary
