APC Hospitality Seasonal Pool Associate in Long Branch, New Jersey

Location & Shifts Available:

  • Seasonal Pool Associate – Part Time

  • Long Branch, NJ

Ideal candidate for this role:

  • The ideal candidate for this role is someone with gracious customer service skills with the ability to multitask. A associate with great people skills who can troubleshoot seamlessly. This person will be responsible for maintaining the pool’s appearance and testing pool water.

Position Description:

The Pool Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of property pools and pool areas, maneuvering pool equipment/furniture as directed, and testing pool water periodically. This position is also responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience to all residents and guests of the building that visit the pool. This position primarily takes place outdoors at all times.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • Basic computer literacy skills and talent for technology (i.e., handheld radios, telephones, computers, etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to multi-task and good time-management.

  • Confident, polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude.

  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.

  • Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the assigned shift, lift, push and pull at least 30 lbs. Walk to and from 2 different property pools.

  • Willingness to work outdoors.

  • Adhere to APC location site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-5 years of hospitality/customer/pool associate service experience.

  • 1 year of high-end residential or hotel experience.
