    WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

    Required Qualifications

  • Experience:4-7 years of sales leadership

  • Launched or managed multiple retail locations

  • Proven ability to build a solid sales culture and high-performing teams while handling change management

  • Demonstrated accomplishments of delivering a clean, organized, and optimal experience for all customers and employees

  • High level of comfort with personal technology

  • Travel:Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.

  • Abilities:Lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.

  • Schedule:Travel and flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Telecommunications/wireless experience -2-4 years

  • History of identifying trends while developing response plans for risks

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The pay for this position has a salary range of$83,200.00 to $163,300.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at$16,800.
