We are seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician in Long Beach to join our rapidly growing team! $25+/hour

What you'll do:

  • Follow the instructions of the BCBA/program supervisor

  • Provide behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients

  • Provide behavior support services

  • Provide crisis intervention

  • Implement behavior plans

  • Document sessions per policies and procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned/necessary

You’ll Be Supported by

  • A team of BCBA’s and RBT supervisors

  • Scheduled meet-and-greet with families after admission to ensure the best fit.

  • A close knit environment focused on learning and developing your skills in ABA.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Passionate about working with children

  • Playful, friendly, sociable, and quick on your feet

  • Available at least 25 hours per week

  • RBT Certified

Preferred Qualifications one of the following educational requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in college

  • Completed at least 2 years of college (current enrollment not required)

  • Bachelor's Degree
