  • Facilitates full life cycle recruiting - engaging with applicants from screening phase to offer negotiation and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring teams, other internal stakeholders, and where appropriate, external partners to build effective job candidate sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
  • Actively source qualified candidates using a variety of methods including business networking, internet job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Manages the job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and identifies qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Manages the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Facilitates company participation in college job fairs and events.
  • Works with hiring managers to identify and fill internship opportunities.
  • Works with onboarding team to help facilitate new hire orientation to ensure that new employees become fully integrated.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
