Marine Spill Response Corporation Maintenance Supervisor - Long Beach in Long Beach, California

Marine Spill Response Corporation is a not-for-profit, U.S. Coast Guard Classified Oil Spill Removal Organization. MSRC was formed in 1990 to offer oil spill response services and mitigate damage to the environment. MSRC offers a full range of oil spill response capabilities intended to help meet the planning criteria of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990. 

The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for the operation, maintenance, communications, contractor support, training and readiness of response personnel and equipment assigned to the sites within the Supervisor’s geographical area of responsibility.  This position aims to provide effective and efficient spill response services using all available resources.  The main goals of the Maintenance Supervisor are ensuring customer satisfaction, budget experience, striving for maximum commercial efficiency, and enhancing Company reputation, including safety and environmental performance. The primary focus of a Maintenance Supervisor is the supervision of corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment; second is maintaining readiness to respond to all spills.  Third is the training and development of all subordinates and the maintenance of customer relations.

Salary Range $69,243.20-$101,753.60
