Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. is hiring a(n) Sr. Manager, Software Development & Engineering Sr. (ref. Code 2024-99436 in Lone Tree, CO.

Duties: Design, code, deliver and support new enhancements to the Schwab Salesforce.com CRM application for our Service and Sales end users. Provide strong technical leadership and hands on development contributions to all technical aspects of project including Production Support, Release management and technical review of code by other developers on assigned team. Work closely with our business Product Owners, System Analysts and Salesforce Architects to gather system requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of solutions, and establish metrics for success. Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development. Create and maintain development and integration plans. Provide detail design and documentation of each component of the solution such as integration and custom development.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-Bachelor s related experience.
