Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team at CycleBar Lone Tree, CO. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our studio, driving revenue through membership sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a 20-25 hour part-time position with an income of $25000 to $42000 per year, paid biweekly, with the potential for career growth in the rapidly growing fitness industry. Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly plus commissions of $25000 to $42000 per year, paid biweekly - Commission based on membership sales - Opportunity for career growth in the fitness industry - Access to free CycleBar classes and discounts on retail products - Positive and energetic work environment - Training and development opportunities Responsibilities: - Oversee daily studio operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and staff management - Drive membership sales through community outreach, lead generation, and membership promotions - Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Manage payroll, expenses, and budget for the studio - Collaborate with the General Manager to create and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new members - Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and training - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio - Handle and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by staff and members - Attend and participate in team meetings or training as required Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - A documented history of membership sales and customer service experience required.  - Passion for fitness and wellness industry - Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 45 pounds - Must have reliable transportation to and from the studio - CPR and AED certification preferred (training available) EEOC Statement: CycleBar supports a diverse and inclusive workplace.
