Duties and responsibilities related to the Stewarding Manager ​ role * *

  • Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence, actively supporting colleagues to achieve departmentalobjectivesandmaintaina high levelof service quality.

  • Uphold rigorous Health and Safety standards, ensuring all necessary paperwork is current and compliant.

  • Oversee weekly deep cleaning schedules for all Back of House (BOH) areas and kitchens, ensuring immaculate hygiene standards are consistently met.

  • Supervise the cleaning and upkeep of all BOH spaces, including fixtures, fittings, and equipment, to preserve the luxurious ambiance of our establishment.

  • Implement waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact andoptimizeresourceutilization, including recycling programs and proper disposal methods.

  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and restaurant management to streamline workflow and optimise efficiency in BOH operations,facilitatingseamless service delivery.

*About you *

Proven experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
