Description

As a Sr. Program Manager, Operations, you will drive the adoption of tooling and business processes that will enhance the day-to-day working of the WW Brand Innovation Lab team. You will collaborate across stakeholders from Business Intelligence, Finance, Brand Innovation Lab Business Leaders, Engineering, Creative, and Solutions Management to develop world-class solutions.

Key job responsibilities

Identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions to streamline the team's workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce manual efforts. This may involve working with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new tools, templates, and systems.

Work closely with the Business Intelligence and Finance teams to improve data management, reporting, and analytics capabilities. This may include developing custom dashboards, implementing data frameworks, and ensuring the availability of accurate and timely insights.

Foster strong relationships with various stakeholders, including Business Leaders, Engineering, and Creative teams, to understand their needs and requirements. Serve as a bridge between these teams, facilitating effective communication, coordination and delivery of solutions that meet their needs.

Develop change management strategies to ensure the seamless adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working within the team. This may involve training, communication, and providing ongoing support to drive user engagement and acceptance.

Oversee the execution of cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and risks to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that drive operational excellence. Continuous improvement: Regularly review the effectiveness of implemented solutions, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to further enhance the team's capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  • Experience leading process improvements
