job purpose

A client & internal facing role responsible for instilling operational excellence and driving change to support the growth, performance and retention of a global RPO Account. This position helps to embed best practice, drive higher performance levels, deliver innovation through the delivery of account aligned projects and the provision of new products & services to ensure delivery teams are operating excellently while meeting our clients and regions delivery goals and organisational responsibilities.

The role holder will be responsible for a broad range of activities at an account level including:

  • leading the delivery of Operational Excellence products & services (Early Success/Stabilisation, Account Fit, Client Audit, Kaizen / lean process reviews & Voice of the Customer programmes)

  • identifying & implementing operational changes e.g. ensuring contractual & legislative compliance

  • identifying & deploying process improvements to improve performance

  • implementing enhancements to the operating models

  • creating continuous improvement account roadmaps in partnership with Account Management

  • introducing innovative talent tools and technologies to improve stakeholder experience

  • managing and influencing direct or indirect reports and internal stakeholders to do the same

  • knowledge share of best practice strategies at an account level, with the foresight to develop regionally or globally to the benefit of the RSR business

The role holder will be central to operational excellence for both onsite (Account) and off-site teams (that support the accounts) ensuring delivery is managed in the most efficient, lean and consistent manner at all times, whilst constantly reviewing processes and procedures to make sure that they are effective and efficient and monitoring legislation, compliance, commercials and SLA’s

The role holder will collaborate with the Client Services Directors, Account Directors and Account Managers, Heads of Functions and the client to coordinate, advise, and lead on account wide operational excellence initiatives that benefit the Account in addition to developing solutions and initiatives that benefit the region as a whole. Travel to the head office in Switzerland on a monthly/bi-monthly basis will be essential.

Specific requirements for this role:

You must have experience working within a RPO account

You must have global exposure

You must be able to speak English and either German or French
