The role is a Fixed Term Contract (12 months). We are looking for a talented Snr. Marketing Manager to grow the footprint of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low start-up costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our brand and performance marketing strategy across EU & APAC, in order to grow brand awareness and generate inbound leads into the application funnel. The role is broad in scope covering responsibility for customer insight, marketing mix choices (channels and investment levels), marketing budget ownership and spend optimization, media & creative agency relationship management, measurement/ evaluation and reporting results to senior leaders. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in marketing strategy, and a strong background in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns. You also have proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial, creative spirit.

This role will also lead international expansion across APAC and MENA.

The ideal candidate will be able to move between strategy and execution on a daily basis. You have experience in leading a team of marketing professionals and influence in cross-team collaboration across multiple projects. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused and have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead the development of the overall integrated marketing and communication strategy

• Develop and build marketing campaigns and tactical calendar to deliver on targets across acquisition channels.

• Own the market research strategy to identify insights and targeting strategies.

• Refine Amazon’s DSP proposition to differentiate the program from competition and oversee execution across audience segments and channels.

• Possess a deep understanding of our audience segmentation and digital product.

• Define and manage media planning, buying and partnership activities, including agency management.

• Own the measurement framework, inclusive of brand health metrics and channel attribution models.

• Run creative and message testing across the marketing funnel and different channels to drive perception and engagement.

• Automate and improve triggered communication throughout the customer journey

• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to deliver a best in class experience across the marketing funnel.

• Manage the end-to-end creative management from ideation to production.

• Managing, coaching and developing a team of marketing professionals

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using data, reporting, or tools to measure performance and make adjustments accordingly

  • Experience directly managing teams

  • Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion

  • Experience in marketing or marketing research

  • Experience in professional non-internship marketing

  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
