ROLE CAN BE BASED IN LONDON OR LUXEMBOURG

Amazon is looking for a Program Manager for the Global Logistics, Fulfillment Across Borders (FAB) team.FAB team is dedicated to building, managing and operating a global logistics network that enables B2C cross borders shipments from anywhere in the world and delivers to customer anywhere in the world, cost effectively. The team is responsible for Carrier Management, Network Design & Operations. In this role you will own the Network Operations component with Fulfillment Centers, Sort Center, Line-Haul operations, 3P partners engagement and performance and you will lead projects aimed to improve speed and/or cost.

This individual will identify and drive improvement opportunities to make customer deliveries faster and/or cheaper for key destination countries. The individual will develop strong understanding of the global supply chain and associated systems and configurations. They will work closely with EU Configuration/Transport and other supply chain teams to drive change and deliver results on behalf of our customers.

Key job responsibilities

  • Analyze data and trends to indentify improvement opportunities and initiatives to improve speed/cost metrics

  • Work closely with the internal stakeholders to understand priorities, constraints

  • Own scope, prioritization and performances for cost/speed reduction projects and related targets

  • Lead Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's), involving senior management from Fulfillment Across Borders and partner teams to discuss performance trends and strategic initiatives

  • Strong data / reporting ability to ensure that partner programs and existing projects are performance measured.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
