As E2E Trans & 3P Ops PM, you will play a key role in driving the performance, innovation and reliability of our Transportation teams, working cross-functionally with teams across the entire Amazon business. Our transportation network is complex, but with your drive and dedication we will achieve continuous improvement through our Carrier partners, Network design teams, improved demand planning & capacity management, volume allocation between air & ground, first mile scheduling, middle mile on time performance, and last mile injection.

You will be accountable for driving end-to-end programs across Europe with 3P carriers. You will have to complete deep analyses of our network and understand our metrics in detail, and have the ability to implement solutions that influence both the short and long-term goals of our business.

Key job responsibilities

Execute performance management metrics reviews (cost, speed, quality, etc.) for outbound transportation and derive improvement plans from it.

Drive and lead continuous improvement initiatives with carriers, fulfillment centers, Customer service and Retail teams to improve customer experience, costs or processes: Prepare for and lead Ops calls, daily business reviews, WBRs, QBRs, Customer Satisfaction workshops.

Manage Capacity, Speed and accuracy of delivery arrival ensuring the customer gets a perfect delivery execution.

Advise Amazon leadership team proactively of critical situations along with the expected impact and mitigation actions planned.

Produce and communicate transport plans/forecasts on a regular basis.

Manage and solve Transportation related escalations.

Drive root-cause analyses and the successful implementation of corrective actions in order to improve service or cost, or to resolve a problem.

Drive innovation by taking ownership of new projects and delivering them with success across multiple functions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
