What you’ll be doing…

If marketing automation, campaign execution, and data get your heart pumping, this is the job for you. We have a great opportunity for a technically savvy automation marketer who loves email marketing and campaign execution. You’ll be the go-to person executing campaigns with the technologies used in our marketing efforts in the EMEA region, as well as deploying cutting edge programs that accelerate prospects through the sales and marketing funnel.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Automation Manager to support our EMEA event, sales, and marketing teams as well as work closely with our program teams, globally. You’ll help execute projects that support Tableau’s acquisition, conversion, and retention of customers in a multi-channel, B2B marketing environment. Best of all, you’ll make a significant impact on our marketing, sales, and company performance! We’re looking for a driven self-starter who can help execute in an environment characterised by speed, fun, collaboration, and creativity.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract

Some of the things you’ll be doing include…

  • Use Eloqua to build advanced programs that support our regional marketing campaigns focused around lead generation.

  • Have an understanding of HTML to produce emails while implementing best practices in deliverability and structure

  • Work on the technical marketing programs in EMEA, troubleshoot issues & complete end-to-end diligent campaign testing

  • Support our data governance efforts including validation, cleansing, and augmentation/ appending

  • Document process for delivering and optimising effective campaigns & programs

  • Help campaign specialists on best practice with segmentation in leveraging the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness

  • Work with the regional campaigns team to gather assets needed to run our automated campaigns

  • Manage execution across multiple programs in a timely fashion

  • Exhibit good communication skills to clearly communicate status updates while keeping a positive customer service attitude

  • Support the Marketing Automation Manager to measure the performance and impact of automated campaigns i.e. Email metrics, lead generation and pipeline/ROI.

  • Leverage Tableau software to analyse data from diverse systems, including Eloqua, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.

Who you are…

  • Marketing Automation Experience. Experience within a marketing team working for a fast-growing, lead generation oriented B2B company, preferably in a high tech, enterprise selling environment.

  • Knowledge. Eloqua ‐ or other marketing automation system. Drupal ‐ or other CMS system, ‐ or other CRM system, and Google Analytics ‐ or other web analytics tools.

  • Excellent Communication. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Highly Technical. Technical knowledge of marketing operations, automation, data flows, email marketing and campaign execution as well as knowledge of best practices for sales and marketing processes. Basic HTML and other programming languages. Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. a plus)

  • Bonus. You can speak another language i.e. French, Spanish or German
